In the world today, there are many people who are not satisfied with the way they look. They feel that their appearance can be enhanced with plastic surgery. Although the methods used today are perfected to the point of being undetectable, new methods and techniques are being developed every day. It is now possible to have different parts of your body reshaped and sculptured in any way that you choose.
In the past, plastic surgery was an option only to the rich or those of higher social status; it was very expensive. There were also far more risks involved than there are today. However with the new techniques that have been developed, the risks are much more minimal than they have ever been in the past.
Because of the increased popularity of plastic surgery, the rates have also been reduced, making plastic surgery available to almost everyone.
People choose plastic surgery because they are not happy with the way that they look; they want a change. A little nip here and a little tuck there and you feel and look ten years younger. Many women feel that looking and feeling good will allow them to succeed further in their jobs. And with the divorce rate going through the roof, many women want to look better so they can feel better about themselves as they get back into the dating scene.
Many of the results from procedures such as liposuction can be achieved in a short amount of time with the proper diet and exercise. However, we live in a world where we want everything as fast as we can get it. We do not want to wait for anything. Plastic surgery can achieve the desired results in days instead of months, and many people choose this method.
It is important to understand that it is highly recommended that you seek medical advice from your primary physician before undergoing any type of surgery. He or she knows your medical history and can advise you if plastic surgery is right for you. If you have any underlying health issues, he or she may recommend that you do not have the surgery. Your primary physician will also advise you of the dangers and side effects of the procedures that you are seeking.
Some of the procedures such as liposuction will require you to change your dietary and eating habits. If you do not change these habits after the procedure, it can cause terrible side effects, even death. But a procedure such as liposuction would naturally have this restriction, since a poor diet is likely the reason for needing liposuction in the first place.
Hollywood plays an important part for many people who are struggling with the decision to have plastic surgery. They see a city full of thin beautiful people who have plastic surgery on practically a daily basis. What people do not understand is that not all of the stars use plastic surgery. Some of them live a healthy lifestyle that includes diet and exercise. They, just like many others, workout regularly to stay in shape.
The decision to have plastic surgery should be carefully considered. It is not something to be taken lightly. Although it has proven to be safe in most instances, it can still have devastating side effects. In the end, the plastic surgeon is the person who will decide if you are a good candidate for plastic surgery.

Incredible! He looks so life like. Just amazing…and what a beautiful subject
You’re really good man. You’ve got excellent talent.
Go for it !
There is certainly nothing to be embarrassed about. I don't think it's necessary to go around broadcasting it to people who don't ask, howver if someone comments about how great you look and asks what's up, simply smile and tell them what's up. Nothing at all wrong with that. If you try to keep it a secret, it appears that there's something wrong with what you did. (There is not anything wrong with what you did.)
I have never had plastic surgery, but to those who feel they need it (for whatever reason), I say, go for it. …rock on, Mama!
The amount that are botched would first depend on the type of plastic surgery you want. Different doctors have different specialties, and you'd want one who is an expert in his or her field. The American Board of Plastic Surgeons is one of the offical boards for the field, and there are lists of reputable doctors. Here is their site: http://www.abplsurg.org/. There is also the American Society of Plastic Surgeons at http://www.plasticsurgery.org/. Make sure your plastic surgeon is at least listed with one of these organizations. You should also first check the Better Business Bureau at http://www.bbb.org.
Any time you're placed under general anesthesia, there is danger involved, but most plastic surgery is low-risk, so there is a very good chance that it will go over without a hitch. You must first be evaluated that you are a good candidate for surgery. If you have any medical problems, be sure to tell your doctor. He or she really must know anything that might be prohibitive to surgery.
Make sure that you not only trust your doctor is reputable, but that you have a good relationship with the doctor. If you feel uncomfortable; don't do it. There are other doctors who can make you feel confident in their abilities.
I don't know what your shape is, or what you intend to do, but they can't (or, at least shouldn't) work "miracles." For example, if you are obese, liposuction would not be the right treatment for you. It is meant to sculpt in areas prone to excess fat in people within about 30% of their ideal weight; not cause drastic weight loss. Most plastic surgeons would not perform this type of surgery.
Even if the surgery goes exactly as planned, there WILL be pain during the recovery process. This will vary depending on your procedure, but the area where you have the surgery may be tender for several months.
Most importantly, plastic surgery can NOT sure a depressing life. A surgeon will tell you that you must have REALISTIC goals for your outcome, and a cure for depression is not one of them. You really have to reconstruct yourself from the inside out. If you're having overwhelming depression, please see a doctor or therapist about that first.
It's around $1000 for each eye.
Remember to read up on alot of sources and have good understanding about ALOT OF FACILITIES befour having any procedures done.

Very nice!!
After college, you apply to med school. That's 8 years of college total. No one can afford med school; that's what loans are for. After med school, you apply to residency programs in surgery (that's 5 years, and then after that you apply for fellowship programs in plastic surgery, can be up to another 5 years). Residencies are practical experience; you'll apply to a number of programs, interview at a few, and be matched by a computer program to one of them.
I think it depends on how much you see your family and friends. If it would be unusual for you to 'disappear' for a few days while you healed up, then it may be harder to keep it a secret. However, if you could stay home and that would be normal, then I bet it would be easy.
If you are not a minor (i.e. over 18), then the doctor does have to keep it confidential, as long as there are no medical complications (and that's rare).
However, I'm never that 'for' anyone hiding things from their family and friends. If it's something you would be really ashamed to have them know about, then perhaps you should rethink this.
when a reality show is really interested in a person they are the ones who actually suggest the plastic surgery and pay for it as long as that person signs a contract to do a certain amount of shows.
