Your plastic surgeon could be more responsible for giving you a big raise than your boss.
A recent University of Texas study indicates that both men and women who are above average in the looks department generally receive higher pay raises while those who are considered “less attractive” generally make less money in the business world. This study seems to confirm the idea that looking good really is more important than ever if you want to get ahead in life.
Many plastic surgeons rely on testimony by past patients endorsing the surgeon’s skills and how much better life is after the person chose to have cosmetic surgery. These endorsements often mention feeling more confident, meeting more people, having more dates and even being more successful in business. Those these examples are all anecdotal it would appear that many may actually be true.
Roosevelt University professor and “lookism” expert Dr. Gordon L. Patzer endorses this view whole-heartedly. He is the founder of the Appearance Phenomenon Institute which is dedicating to learning about and increasing awareness of how physical appearance effects our actions and lives. His research and books examine study after study which show again and again that looks do indeed matter!
But not everyone agrees that exterior physical beauty necessarily means you’ll make more money. Some argue that simply increasing your confidence will improve how you approach life and define success.
Critics of the idea of lookism point to a different reason for the supposed success that comes after working with a plastic surgeon. These critics point out that if you’ve spent a lot of time and money researching and working with plastic surgeons that you will definately feel better about yourself simply because you’ve put so much value in changing your appearance. If you have increased confidence due to your improved physical appearance then that will surely show itself in your encounters with personal friends and business partners.
What does all this mean for you?
While a preference for natural beauty and higher physical attractiveness might be encoded in our very genetics, it is refreshing to know that in today’s day and age there are many ways we can improve our personal appearance.
Even if you aren’t born with perfect skin or the right kind of nose or have a physical blemish that you feel is holding you back you can get help! Cosmetic and plastic surgeons can now offer procedures and solutions which were not even imaginable ten years ago.
In other words: cosmetic and plastic surgery can be seen as a possible way to improve your appearance which can then lead to improvements in other areas of your life. When you begin looking for a plastic surgeon you’ll need to keep in mind that though the pricetag on the procedure may be high, you could end up receiving back a hundred times more benefits in the years to come!

You’re really good man. You’ve got excellent talent.
Incredible! He looks so life like. Just amazing…and what a beautiful subject
Go for it !
There is certainly nothing to be embarrassed about. I don't think it's necessary to go around broadcasting it to people who don't ask, howver if someone comments about how great you look and asks what's up, simply smile and tell them what's up. Nothing at all wrong with that. If you try to keep it a secret, it appears that there's something wrong with what you did. (There is not anything wrong with what you did.)
I have never had plastic surgery, but to those who feel they need it (for whatever reason), I say, go for it. …rock on, Mama!
The amount that are botched would first depend on the type of plastic surgery you want. Different doctors have different specialties, and you'd want one who is an expert in his or her field. The American Board of Plastic Surgeons is one of the offical boards for the field, and there are lists of reputable doctors. Here is their site: http://www.abplsurg.org/. There is also the American Society of Plastic Surgeons at http://www.plasticsurgery.org/. Make sure your plastic surgeon is at least listed with one of these organizations. You should also first check the Better Business Bureau at http://www.bbb.org.
Any time you're placed under general anesthesia, there is danger involved, but most plastic surgery is low-risk, so there is a very good chance that it will go over without a hitch. You must first be evaluated that you are a good candidate for surgery. If you have any medical problems, be sure to tell your doctor. He or she really must know anything that might be prohibitive to surgery.
Make sure that you not only trust your doctor is reputable, but that you have a good relationship with the doctor. If you feel uncomfortable; don't do it. There are other doctors who can make you feel confident in their abilities.
I don't know what your shape is, or what you intend to do, but they can't (or, at least shouldn't) work "miracles." For example, if you are obese, liposuction would not be the right treatment for you. It is meant to sculpt in areas prone to excess fat in people within about 30% of their ideal weight; not cause drastic weight loss. Most plastic surgeons would not perform this type of surgery.
Even if the surgery goes exactly as planned, there WILL be pain during the recovery process. This will vary depending on your procedure, but the area where you have the surgery may be tender for several months.
Most importantly, plastic surgery can NOT sure a depressing life. A surgeon will tell you that you must have REALISTIC goals for your outcome, and a cure for depression is not one of them. You really have to reconstruct yourself from the inside out. If you're having overwhelming depression, please see a doctor or therapist about that first.
After college, you apply to med school. That's 8 years of college total. No one can afford med school; that's what loans are for. After med school, you apply to residency programs in surgery (that's 5 years, and then after that you apply for fellowship programs in plastic surgery, can be up to another 5 years). Residencies are practical experience; you'll apply to a number of programs, interview at a few, and be matched by a computer program to one of them.
It's around $1000 for each eye.
Remember to read up on alot of sources and have good understanding about ALOT OF FACILITIES befour having any procedures done.

when a reality show is really interested in a person they are the ones who actually suggest the plastic surgery and pay for it as long as that person signs a contract to do a certain amount of shows.
woww that’s really relax and beatiful soung .good picture of jhony depp !
I think it depends on how much you see your family and friends. If it would be unusual for you to 'disappear' for a few days while you healed up, then it may be harder to keep it a secret. However, if you could stay home and that would be normal, then I bet it would be easy.
If you are not a minor (i.e. over 18), then the doctor does have to keep it confidential, as long as there are no medical complications (and that's rare).
However, I'm never that 'for' anyone hiding things from their family and friends. If it's something you would be really ashamed to have them know about, then perhaps you should rethink this.
there are multiple ways of fixing asymmetrical epicanthal fold. cosmetic surgery should always be the last resort of it.
